I was walking home the other night and happened to witness some recycling in action. In New York you can identify waste by the type of bag. Trash goes in black bags, recycling goes in transparent or blue bags.
But what I saw was recycling bags going into what appeared to be a trash truck, with no mention of recycling on it anywhere.
According to their website, Royal Waste Services, is waste management company that specializes in recycling. Whew.
